Bij het uitpakken van de glazen zat er een flinke kras op een van de glazen. Nadat ik melding heb gemaakt bij VIVA werd daar meteen adequaat / pro actief op gereageerd. Ik kreeg een nieuwe set glazen toegestuurd!
